AVOID this company like the plague. Just another customer of many (see below) who was completely scammed and screwed over by their reactivation in 2020. I had deactivated my subscription 2 years ago and found out now that I have been instead charged monthly since September 2020, for absolutely no service. This was a mistake to not notice earlier, but the transaction from their end simply lists "ADYEN", without listing "OneFit" in the title, so it is easy to miss. This is another dishonest tactic since every other Adyen client lists the company name in the title, like "Rijksmuseum by Adyen" or "Etos via Adyen". They gladly took my 700+ euros while providing absolutely zero service to me, only to tell me at the end "it's your fault", instead of take ANY blame for the completely insignificant notice they gave for reactivation - literally two emails reminding it was unfrozen without my agreement in two years, and not a single notification after mid August 2020. Sorry that the pandemic was hard on your company, but it's disgusting that you decided to try to stay afloat this way. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands you received over the past two years to people while providing them absolutely nothing. With your abysmal ratings everywhere I don't expect this to work out for you in the end.
Stomme app gooit je er geregeld uit zodat je weer 10 minuten staat te hanessen met wachtwoord resets etc ipv gewoon check in te kunnen doen als je op locatie bent. Andere apps doorstaan updates zonder je uit te loggen, leer ervan.
The 'review' page is never working. I always get a message 'something went wrong. Unable to retrieve your reviews. Please try again'.
Got way too expensive, increasing prices all the time and definitely not worth the money
Former promoter & user, used to love it but stopped the service as they came with the idea of charging you the same money for way less. 65eur for 10 times only (used to be 16 times, before 1st adjustment it was unlimited (or felt like it) for the same 65eur). I understand it's a whole strategy to offer more at the beggining but if they would have adjusted the price a bit too I'm sure a lot of people would have understood and still kept the service. Customer Service quality went down as well.

Nice and user friendly app, big variety of classes, but latest update that increases prices and reduces (again!) the available bookings is a bit too much! 65 euros so I can exercise 10 times per month is rediculously expensive!! Would use the app again if it had cheaper options..
I was extremely happy with OneFit because of its flexibility and because it is cheaper than going to different gyms. Since today, that flexibility has largely been taken away (no 10-day subscription but 30 days now) and it has also become 40% more expensive to get a similar membership (€65 for 16 classes vs €109 for 18). Before, I recommended all my friends to take OneFit. After today, I do not recommend people taking it. It isn't worth it unless you keep your old membership.
I have been using the app without any problems, when yesterday I received a notification that I had to proceed with an update. I did the update and since them the app is not working at all. I want to book my classes and the app cannot upload anything
